Self-esteem is everything! In psychology, the term self-esteem is used to describe a person's overall subjective sense of personal worth or value. In other words, self-esteem may be defined as how much you appreciate and like yourself regardless of the circumstances.

Healthy self-esteem is the foundation that makes you achieve the impossible. People perceive us the way we perceive and present ourselves. Increasing your self-esteem is not easy, however, it is possible and doable.

There are 3 types of self-esteem: high, adequate, and low. Self-esteem can be critical and not conflicted. People who have not conflicted self-esteem accept themselves the way they are. For example, if they know that they have an addiction to food, they accept themselves the way they are and don't plan to lose weight. People who have conflict self-esteem have a tendency to blame themselves for extra pounds, and for any other small or big reasons.

I will show you proven technics to build your self-esteem. During the virtual (physical) meeting I will determine the level of your self-esteem, and then I will proceed to create a step-by-step procedure to increase your self-esteem based on your rediscovered positive beliefs.

It is something like driving a car. No one drives a car well at the beginning. You may miss a stop sign, or go through a red light. However, the more you drive, you gain experience, which increases the confidence of your driving ability.

An effective way to build your own self-esteem is to openly compliment others as well as yourself and to refrain from speaking negatively of others.
